Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc. Declares 2023 Second-Quarter Cash Dividend
ARCHBOLD, Ohio, June 27, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., (Nasdaq: FMAO) the holding company of F&M Bank, with assets of $3.07 billion at March 31, 2023, today announced that it has approved the Company’s regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share, which is a 10.5% increase over the 2022 second-quarter regular cash dividend. The second quarter dividend is payable on July 20, 2023, to shareholders of record as of July 7, 2023.
